 Now we have all the WBS and ACTIVITIES set up.

Next it is time to create the Resources. We have 3 type of Resources ,
  • Labour
  • Non-Labour or Machines
  • Material

Now we have Activities and Resources Set up. It is time to link Resources to the Activities. An Activity can have one or more Resource linked to it.
