HOW TO UPDATE ACTIVITIES AND RESOURCES IN ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6?

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

When we start the Project as per our Project plan , it is quiet common that the Actual Project progress being different than our Project plan.

So we need to make the software understand which activities we delayed or finished earlier.

when it comes to budget(Money) it is also important to know that the budgeted amount for the Project is being followed.

There are chances we may spend more money than planned or vice versa.

To note down these changes we need to Update the Activities and Resources 

so that we can visualize the difference between the Actual progress of our Project and our Actual Project plan with the help of Baseline that we created earlier.

Baseline indicates the Project plan which is always a fixed reference line.
