You can use the COPY command to copy an object in AutoCAD.

The COPY command is available in the MODIFY panel in the HOME tab.

You can also activate the COPY command by typing the word "COPY" from key board. As soon as you start typing it , the command will appear in the command line and you can click on it to activate(start) it.
