There are totally 5 Steps/Stages in Project Management and they are,

WHICH ARE THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT STEPS ?

PROJECT MANAGEMENT



1) INITIATION - Where we define our Project Title. i.e, Letting them know what is our Project all about.

2) PLANNING - Where we define our Project Objectives i.e, each small goal in    our Project which at the end sums up to be our main goal.

3) EXECUTING - Coordinating the Resources to start our Project.There are 3 type of resources basically, 
  • Labour - Human beings.
  • Non Labour - Machines. 
  • Material - Sand , Cement , Gravel etc.     
                          
4) MONITORING AND CONTROLLING - Here we adjust the Resources.If we are short of Resources we add more Resources. If we have more Resources than needed, we remove the Resources.

5) Closing - Closing the Project and handing it over to the Client or Customer.
